On the road of Eindhoven, I noticed in 20 meters away there is a colorful traffic sign. Sometimes it's in red and sometimes it's in green. When I tried to make a photo using my mobile phone, it began to have a white color!
After a while I understood that this sign is used for reflecting the traffic signs, to make the driver notice the traffic light color from the opposite direction.
This stuff can perfectly reflect the light from your direction. Therefore when the weak flashlight of my mobile phone is opened, it reflects it!
